Tanque Verde Ranch presents an all-new western experience for the traditional Cowboy, Cowgirls, and for all the Western souls –the Cowboy Music Festival. Formally held at Old Tucson, the bands have meandered over to the Ranch for their new home! Saturday, September 14th, 2019 will be a day full of western swing and old-time country music, delectable farm-food grub from our famous Cowboy Cookout, and more!
Tanque Verde Ranch will have two primary locations for festivities throughout the day. The Cactus View Lawn, overlooking the Saguaro National State Park, will be a stage set up for performers playing from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Later in the evening, after the first set of festivities, make your way down to Tanque Verde Ranch’s Cottonwood Grove. Here we will feature our headliner bands, and you can indulge in Tucson’s favorite BBQ that will include tasty favorites, new tastes, and more at the famous Cowboy Cookout.
We will have chairs available but feel free to bring your own comfortable folding chairs or blankets to relax and listen to the music all afternoon. No coolers or outside beverages are allowed but don’t worry. We will have a full-service bar, beer vendors, and local gifts, and souvenir merchants available throughout the day. Plus a lot of lawn games to keep the fun rolling all afternoon.
