As we look back on the final quarter of 2025, we're excited to recognize two remarkable individuals who exemplified our values and commitment to excellence. Let's honor Dakotah Schlief and Morgan Needles, whose dedication and hard work make every guest experience memorable.

Meet Dakotah Schlief

Dakotah Schlief is our front of house Program Associate. Dakotah is the welcoming face of our ranch. She helps guests sign up for a variety of activities ensuring our guests the chance to explore the wonders of the desert. Her enthusiasm and energy are truly infectious.

Dakotah does much more than manage activity bookings. She wears many hats, contributing to our Kids' Program and even lending a hand in Housekeeping. Her diverse skills help create a seamless experience for our young adventurers, nurturing their curiosity about the ranch and cowboy life.

Introducing Morgan Needles

Now, let's turn our attention to Morgan Needles, our talented back-of-house Pastry Chef. Morgan is the magician behind the delicious treats served at the ranch. She crafts tasty cookies and add a special touch to every meal.

Her passion for baking shines through in every batch. Morgan's treats are not just dessert; they're a part of the Tanque Verde experience. Guests often rave about her sweet treats, as each bite is a taste of the ranch's warm hospitality.
