- Reservations For the best availability and rates, we recommend booking your stay at least 2-3 months in advance, especially during our peak seasons from October to April. Our reservation team is happy to assist with special requests or custom package inquiries.
- Payment methods We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For your convenience, we also welcome traveler's checks and cash payments upon arrival.
- Debit/credit card users A temporary hold may be placed on your card for incidental charges. This hold is typically released within 3-5 business days after check-out, depending on your bank's policies.
- Check-in Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Our friendly staff will greet you at our welcome center upon arrival. You'll receive a brief orientation to the ranch and a complimentary welcome drink to kick off your stay in true Western style. If you arrive early, we'll be happy to store your luggage while you explore the ranch or enjoy our amenities.
- Check-out Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. We offer an express check-out service for your convenience. Simply leave your room key at the front desk. Subject to availability, we offer late check-out until 3:00 PM for an additional fee of $75. Please request late check-out at the front desk during your stay or when making your reservation to ensure availability.
- Deposits & cancellation policy
For non-peak season reservations, a first-night deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due at checkout. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 7 days before your arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
For peak season reservations, which fall between October 1st and April 14th, a two-night deposit is required when booking, with the final payment due upon checkout. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in the loss of the deposit, while cancellations made more than 30 days in advance are fully refundable.
- No show policy In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the first night will be charged. We encourage guests to contact us as soon as possible if they're unable to make their reservation.

- Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that every guest purchase Travel Insurance. This website lets you compare and buy travel insurance with quotes from different providers.
- Airport Transfer Fees
Transportation fees from Tucson International Airport to the Ranch are $65 per room each way. Please book and inform us of your arrival and departure information at least 7 days prior to arrival.
- What to Pack
Informal Western, sports, and play clothes are worn most of the time. Long pants and close-toed shoes are required for all riding. Casual resort wear is appropriate for evenings. Bring something warm for when the sun goes down.
- Laundry
For your convenience, we have coin-operated laundry facilities located directly behind the front Ramada.
