- What should I wear to my spa appointment? You should feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable. Before your spa service begins, you will be properly draped to ensure your complete comfort and privacy.
- How early should I arrive for my spa treatment? We suggest that guests arrive a few minutes early to enjoy the full benefit of their experience. The length of your spa service will be affected if you arrive later than your scheduled time.
- Is there a cancellation policy? Yes, La Sonora Spa requires 24-hour notice on all cancellations, or you will be charged a $50 fee. A credit card or room reservation number is required to hold all spa reservations.
- Are the spa products used at La Sonora Spa organic? We are proud to offer Eminence Organic Skin Care, a 98% organic Hungarian line that uses fresh, hand-picked ingredients and is free from parabens, mineral oils, petroleum, and sodium sulphate.
- Can I customize my facial treatment? Absolutely!
