Join us on the first & third Saturday of the month through May 2027. Put a spring in your step and enjoy the Cowboy Cookout at Tanque Verde Ranch with line dancing hosted on on the first and third Saturday of the month. Gather around the crackling fire at Cottonwood Grove and take in the stunning scenery during our authentic ranch BBQ experience. Then savor the flavors of succulent grilled meats, homemade cornbread, fresh fruit and just-baked desserts. Get out out on the ranch floor and kick up your heels, take in the music and let the memories begin.
