Every weekend activity celebrates the flavors of the prickly pear season.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 14 & 21

9 - 10 am | Guided Prickly Pear Exploration: Weather permitting, identify the prickly pear alongside our naturalists and discover one of the Sonoran Desert's signature ingredients.

11 am - Noon | Culinary Demonstration: Join our culinary team as they share techniques for preparing this iconic fruit in recipes you can recreate at home.

3 - 4 pm | Craft Cocktail Experience: Gather at The Dog House Saloon and sip our handcrafted prickly pear drinks.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 15 & 22

10:30 am - Noon | Seasonal Dessert Demonstration: Discover how prickly pear brings vibrant color and flavor to seasonal desserts.

1:30 - 3 pm | Chef-Led Cooking Demonstration: Explore a creative savory dish that highlights the versatility of this fruit.
